PolyCarb Combi 2

Lignosulphonate Chelated Mix MicroNutrient is world’s best foliar feeding mix of micronutrients for every crop.

Why use PolyCarbs (Natural Chelates) over EDTA, Sulphates, Nitrates, Oxides, Chloride & Amino Acids for foliar feeding your crops ?
1. PolyCarb Series products are metal ions chelated with Low Molecular weight Lignosulphonates (LS).
2. LS are a by-product of the wood pulping process and hence a ‘Natural’ chelating agent used as a nutrient carrier for liquid/foliar fertilizers.
3. PolyCarb Chelates have excellent binding & surfactant properties that ‘prolong leaf uptake’ & this is a significant factor in ‘increasing foliar nutrient efficacy’.
4. PolyCarb Chelates are ‘5-8 times more efficient’ than sulphates.
5. PolyCarb Chelates are the most widely used foliar chelate in Australia, well ahead of EDTA, amino acid & fulvic acid.
6. PolyCarb Chelates are much ‘safer’ than sulphates, chlorides & nitrates which have higher photo-toxicity, physical incompatibility issues & reduced longevity.
7.Use of stronger Chelated like EDTA is not essential for foliar uptake & can actually be counterproductive since synthetic chelates bind nutrients so strongly that they are not easily released in the plant, thus reducing their availability & effectiveness.

ADVANTAGES OF POLYCARB COMBI 2 :

The following deficiency symptoms associated with Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, B and Mo micronutrients can be corrected by using POLYCARB COMBI 2 :

1. Chlorosis – pale coloured or yellow leaves.
2. Short internodes (rosetting).
3. Decreased leaf size.
4. Delayed maturity.
5. Stem and twig dieback.
6. Stunted growth by reducing cell wall extension at the growing point.

All the above symptoms generally appear on young plants because most of the micronutrients are immobile in the plant unless in Chelated Form.

However, to correct severe deficiency of a particular micronutrient, it is advised to use individual PolyCarb Chelated micronutrient formulation.

METAL CONTENT in POLYCARB COMBI 2 :
1. Boron > 0.5%
2. Copper > 1.0%
3. Iron > 2.5%
4. Manganese > 1.0%
5. Molybdenum > 0.1%
6. Zinc > 3.0%

DOSAGE & APPLICATION :

Foliar : 1.0 to 2.0 ml per litre of water.

TIMING :

1st application : Growth Stage.

2nd application : Before Flowering.

3rd application : During Fruiting.
